Project Goal
To modernize surgical conversion tracking from fragmented Excel reporting to a scalable platform with AI-enabled insights improving performance transparency and supporting resource planning across hospital sites.
The Pivot
Previously, surgical conversion insights were tracked manually via Excel, resulting in delays, data inconsistencies, and limited visibility. We transitioned this workflow into a unified platform combining Power BI dashboards and a mobile app enabling real-time forecasting, role-based intelligence, and smarter decision-making.
