AI Studio Showcase

The AI Studio Showcase was an internal effort to improve how AI work was shared across the Enterprise vertical. Early versions of the platform were based on architect mockups that lacked usability and consistency. My role focused on creating UX-centered versions that introduced structure, improved clarity, and supported future scalability.

Challenge

Multiple internal attempts existed for showcasing AI projects, but each was inconsistent and difficult to navigate. There was no central design system or standardized way to document challenges, outcomes, or contacts, making it hard for teams to find and reference relevant work.

Contribution

  • Replaced architect mockups with UX-focused versions

  • Defined layout and structure for homepage and solution detail pages

  • Applied usability insights from internal staff interviews to refine flows

Goals

  • Improve usability and consistency across AI solution pages

  • Create a central repository to reference and share internal AI work

  • Standardize content and structure for future solution uploads

Process

UX Research

  • Conducted stakeholder interviews across technical and non-technical teams to refine information architecture and identify usability gaps.

  • Ran scenario testing to understand navigation behavior and content clarity

  • Iterated from mid- to high-fidelity based on findings

Design

  • Created homepage and “Upload New Solution” flow

  • DesignedSolution Details Page with defined sections for challenge, solution, impact, and metrics

Outcomes

  • Improved navigation and information hierarchy

  • Easier to reference internal AI projects and compare outcomes

  • Provided a consistent, scalable template for future AI documentation

Reflections

  • Inconsistent visual language between internal and external sites

  • No unified design system in place

  • Lack of clear ownership for content updates and reviews

Next Steps

  • Conduct usability testing across internal teams

  • Refine UI alignment with Guidehouse branding

  • Prepare the platform for development handoff
